About us
My name is Lucas George-Ghobrial, owner of Lucas Ghobrial. I’m a designer and entrepreneur from Los Angeles, now creating out of New York City. My work sits at the intersection of streetwear, storytelling, and the raw reality of the world around us. I’m inspired by niche pockets of street culture—underground aesthetics, independent scenes, and the unfiltered energy that comes from people who live what they wear.
A major part of my design language is rooted in conflict, history, and the atmosphere of real events. War-themed streetwear, symbolism pulled from the past, and motifs shaped by struggle and resilience play a huge role in how I build my pieces. I’m not chasing shock value—I’m chasing truth, emotion, and the idea that clothing can hold real weight.
My Egyptian heritage also sits at the core of what I create. I love integrating elements of my culture—ancient symbols, color palettes, textures, and narratives that have survived thousands of years. For me, it’s a way of honoring where I come from while pushing those influences into a modern, raw streetwear context. It gives my work a sense of identity and history that can’t be replicated.
My pieces are meant for people who feel something when they put them on—people who understand that what you wear can express things you don’t always say out loud.

“I think a lot of people don’t understand the power that clothes hold. Your clothes aren’t just fabric you put on your skin, but they represent who you are. What you stand for. What you care about. What’s attractive to you. And that’s why I make whatever I want, and I don’t care what others think—because the people who stand behind me are the people who were meant to be wearing my clothes to begin with.”
